 14 Day Exchange for Damaged or Faulty Items

Item that arrives in a damaged or non-functional condition, you may request an exception within 14-days of receiving it. To be eligible. The item must be unused in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. The issue must be reported within 14 days of the delivery.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind purposes.

        Warranty Coverage-Orders of £5,000

Purchases exceeding £5,000 are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturimg defects unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. To make a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchases. This warranty doss not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or general wear and tear.
