Kindly note that when selecting standard delivery, the responsibility for the parcel rests with the purchaser. In the rare event of loss during transit, we regret that we are unable to provide reimbursement or replacement.

To ensure complete peace of mind, we recommend choosing our insured delivery option, which provides full protection for your order throughout its journey.

For our valued international clients, an additional shipping fee of £20 applies.

All orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. During peak periods or for bespoke and customised pieces, we kindly ask that you allow up to five working days for processing.
